We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to design, develop, and maintain automation control systems for our industrial integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of PLC logic, control panels, and integration with electrical and mechanical systems.
Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for automation systems (Delta Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
Design and configure HMI/SCADA interfaces.
Integrate PLCs , lighting, HVAC, and control systems.
Collaborate with project engineers to define system requirements and specifications.
Perform onsite installation, testing, and commissioning.
Maintain detailed documentation, wiring diagrams, and program backups.
Support service and maintenance teams in resolving automation issues.
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
1–3 years of hands-on experience with PLC programming and commissioning.
Proficiency in ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text.
Experience with HMI/SCADA tools such as Diaview, WinCC, Wonderware, or FactoryTalk.
Strong understanding of control circuits, sensors, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to travel for project implementation and support.
Experience integrating PLCs with Audio-Visual or Building Automation Systems.
Certification in Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi PLCs.
Knowledge of electrical panel design and safety standards.
